Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals are usually processed within a few hours. However, depending on your payment method and bank, it may take up to 48 business hours for the funds to reach your bank account.
Can I Cancel My Withdrawal?
Yes. You may be able to cancel your withdrawal as long as it has not yet been processed (paid) by us.
Please note: Players aged 18 to 24 (under 25 years old) cannot cancel a withdrawal once it has been requested. This measure is in place to help protect our younger players.
If available, you may also have the option to partially cancel your withdrawal (excluding players aged 18 to 24). This allows you to return part of the requested withdrawal amount to your playable balance while the remaining amount continues to be processed for withdrawal.
